You may fail to make payment in the following cases.
However, this limits to those with their residential countries set to South Korea and have paid through INICIS.
Credit card payment
You cannot pay for an amount beyond the payment limit you have set or amounts that go over 5 million won per transaction.
Also, in some cases, the payment may be delayed or fail due to system maintenance, etc.
For corporate cards, the limits differ depending on the subscriber’s business area.
Therefore, please check if you have exceeded the daily/monthly payment limit or the payment limit per transaction of your card.
Also, since most credit card companies require additional verification through authenticated certificates, text messages, or phone calls, you should check the expiry date when using your authenticated certificate.
If you do not fall under the above cases but still fail to make payment, please inquire at the card company.
Mobile phone payment
You cannot make the payment if you have exceeded the monthly micropayment limit.
If you have failed to pay due to other reasons, please inquire at the carrier customer center.
Wire transfer payment
You can pay up to 2 million won per transaction. If the payment amount goes over 2 million won, you have to use a credit card.
