Regarding the points purchased from the website
Check the following information before contacting Help Center.
1. Getting a refund for a personal reason
When getting a refund, it can only be done in units of thousands (the smallest amount used on the Flitto store).
A special fee is charged when getting a refund.
2. In case of Flitto's being responsible, including connection problems, Flitto will refund the entire cost without charging a special fee.
3. Cases where it is not possible to get a refund
If you were suspended by Flitto for violating Article 14 (Obligations of the User) in Flitto's Terms and Conditions, it is not possible to get a refund. (Check the "Terms" section at the bottom of Flitto website.)
If your remaining point is less than 1,000 points
Regarding the points purchased through the app
If you purchased the points through the app and want a refund, you must contact Google Play/App Store instead of Flitto to ask for a refund.
