You may encounter the "A new card is being prepared!" message when participating in Arcade for the following reasons.

Arcade Chat

When too many users participate in the Arcade simultaneously, the "A new card is being prepared!" message may appear.

If this happens, please wait a while before trying to participate again.

For Arabic/Korean Chat only

Arabic/Korean Chat will open every Wednesday (or Tuesday, if Wednesday is a bank holiday) with a limited quantity of cards.

If the cards run out within the next Wednesday due to overwhelming responses, you may encounter the "A new card is being prepared!" message.

Please note that the cards will be made available again the following Wednesday.

Image Collection / Litto's Listening Mission / Voice Event (APP only)

For Litto's Listening Mission and Voice Event, you may see the "A new card is being prepared!" message if the prepared cards run out.

For Image Collection (available in Arabic and Korean only), you can participate in any categories that are currently open.

Speaking Mission (App only)

You can participate in the Speaking Mission every day, unlike the Beta version.

However, if the prepared cards run out, you may see the "A new card is being prepared!" message.
