Currently, we do not allow users to revise or cancel a translation/proofreading request after it has been submitted.

This is to prevent users from revising or canceling a request that a translator/proofreader is working on.

Also, even if there is an error in the source text, if a valid translation/proofreading was uploaded, the request cannot be canceled.

So please make sure there are no errors in the text before submitting your request.

However, exceptions may be made in case the text contains personal information or other sensitive information. Please click "Contact Us" and contact the Help Center.
