There may be several reasons why translators are not participating in your request, some of them being :

1. If the points offered are too less

2. If the source text contains difficult content such as technical terms and archaic words

3. If the source text in an image is hard to see

4. If the voice in a recording is unclear or hard to understand

If you are not getting any translations, or if you are not satisfied with the translations, click the "Request Again" button to re-submit your request to different translators.

If you are still not getting any translations, after a certain period, your request will be automatically canceled, and the points you used to make the request will be refunded.
