Points purchased and earned is an additional service provided by Flitto. Based on the terms of service agreement with a user, Flitto manages the point service after prescribing a system regarding the point acquisition/use/expiration.

Flitto applies the commercial prescription to the points. Flitto has set a valid period of 5 years (60 months) from the time of purchasing or earning them. Therefore, points that pass 60 months from the month of acquisition become expired under the basis of first-received, first-discarded. Points that are expired once cannot be restored.

When the point expiration period arrives, Flitto informs a user about the expiring points, date of expiration, etc., via an email address registered in the user's account a month prior to the period.
