Once you have uploaded the translation, any one of the four below will follow.
Final acceptance
The requester reviews and approves the translated outcome.
Automatic acceptance
If the requester does not make a selection within a certain period, your translation/proofreading will be automatically selected within seven days from uploading the translated outcome.
If you uploaded a new translation upon a revision request from the requester, it will be automatically selected seven days after such request. (Or 14 days for a project with an estimate of USD 300 or more)
Revision request
Requesters can make up to three revision requests upon reviewing the translated outcome.
During a correction request, the deadline is extended indefinitely. When the translator has uploaded a revised translation, the project enters the acceptance/rejection stage.
Rejection
Should the requester reject the final revision or express the intent not to proceed with any revisions despite having up to 3 revision requests available, an arbitration procedure will begin.
Flitto's internal arbitration team handles the arbitration procedure. They check the final works of the translators or proofreaders to evaluate the validity of the rejection.
Upon evaluation, if there are no major problems in the translations or proofreadings, the translation or proofreading fee will be paid to the translator or proofreader; if there are major problems in the translations or proofreadings, depending on the severity, part or all of the payment will be refunded to the requester and will not be paid to the translator or proofreader.
