Please ensure your status as a 1:1 Pro translator is activated from My Page > 1:1 Pro settings.

You will not receive quote requests if your status is inactivated. Be sure to remain 'activated.'

If there are few requests for the language pair you have registered, you may receive only a few quote requests.

The following are tips on promoting your 1:1 Pro translator activities.

1. Updating Profile

Translator/proofreaders' profiles are what requesters refer to when selecting a translator/proofreader.

So it's advisable to keep your profile and career background updated, fully reflecting your own strengths.

2. Participate in Crowdsourced Translation/Proofreading

A lot of requesters are utilizing Flitto's 'Automatic Selection' feature, which automatically selects up to 20 translators'proofreaders.

Requests are preferentially sent to the 1:1 Pro translators/proofreaders with recent activity logs, so you are more likely to receive a quote request from 'Automatic Selection' if you participate in crowdsourced translation/proofreading more frequently.

3. Turn on SMS Notification

SMS notifications are sent upon arrival of 1:1 Pro translation/proofread requests, payment settlements, and correction requests. (You can configure your SMS notification setting in My Page > Notifications > 1:1 Pro.)

Even if you haven't turned on SMS notification, you can still be notified through app or website notifications or by email, but please note that problems may arise from failure to check these notifications.

Where a requester has activated the Automatic Selection feature for translators/proofreaders, those who have turned on SMS notifications have higher probability of getting selected.
Therefore, it is highly recommended that you turn on SMS notification.
