After a translator has submitted their final work, the requester can request up to 3 revisions.
When requesting revisions, you can specify what needs to be revised and other opinions via memo.
However, the previously set deadline will be extended indefinitely. When requesting revisions, make sure you properly discuss a new deadline with the translator.
If another revision request is not made within 7 days after the previous revision has been submitted by the translator, it will automatically be accepted.
Should the requester reject the final revision or express the intent not to proceed with any revisions despite having up to 3 revision requests available, an arbitration procedure will begin.
Flitto's internal arbitration team handles the arbitration procedure. They check the final works of the translators to evaluate the validity of the rejection.
Upon evaluation, if there are no major problems in the final translations, the translation fee will be paid to the translator; if there are major problems in the final translations, depending on the severity, part or all of the payment will be refunded to the requester.
